  1. Monitoring daily sales for each store (PC).
  2. Organize information via phone or email with each PC for analyzing improvement point, and report it to company.
  A. In-house product inventory, store price, customer response.
  B. Other companies' trends. (Sales prices, promotions, etc.)
  C. Product display status of each store.
  3. Send information for sales to each PC. Creation of improvement plans for each store (PC) and proceed it.
  4. Visiting stores for checking PC's activity, and educating to PC.
  5. Visiting stores for checking PC’s activity, and educating to PC
  6. HR planning for each PC. (Evaluation, replacement, recruitment interview etc.)
