  • Job Description

    - To build, develop and maintain customers based in assigned geographical location across SEA, with a focus on Thailand, to achieve the sales development and financial objectives. (eg. PNS, Ebit, WOC, etc.)
    - Executes the market and sales strategy for assigned geographical location across SEA, with focus on Thailand to ensure achievement of the sales goals through effective management of the customers.
    - The market to be covered by jobholder in assigned geographical location is Automotive with focusing Japanese and Chinese OEMs and suppliers
    - Formulate and propose short and middle term plan which contains PNS and MI development, and also strategic objectives such as effective resource allocation and Market Segment Planning. Propose relevant KPI among all of the stake holders.
    - Prospects and develops new accounts within assigned territory to ensure positive and profitable sales growth. This includes cold calls, defines & initiates new projects, monitors and follow up project progress, etc. to ensure high success rate in winning projects.
    - Conducts market surveys as and when appropriate. Regular feedback on new emerging markets and market trend developments are expected.
    - Work together with borderless business support personnel to achieve borderless business objective.
    - Coordinate with internal resources e.g. marketing, technical, product management within each market segment, to provide value added services to the customers
    - Manages existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and thus maintains/expands tesa
    share. This includes regular customer visits, preparation of quotations, samples arrangement and submission to customers for testing/approval, credit terms application, collections, proper monthly forecast to meet delivery performance, handles and coordinates complaints/claims with CSD/QA performs urgent deliveries if necessary, follow up on sales orders, etc. in order to meet Business Plan.
    - He/She formulates sales approach for its customers in agreement with the Superior, Develops implements customer pricing structures.
    - Establish key customer plan to ensure efficient and effective customer contacts and visits
    - Ensure sufficient customer penetrations within each market segment.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Sales/Marketing/Business Management or equivalent professional qualification
    - Language skill (Option and not mandatory) - at least JLPT level N2 or Chinese language at least HSK 6 or The society for testing Chinese proficiency level 2.
    - 7 years of relevant working experience including 1 year leadership
    - Strong connection with OEM or Tier 1-2
    - Trustworthy and of Sound character
    - Business Acumen
    - Leadership and Communication skills
    - Sales skill and tactics
    - Resulted oriented
    - Self-motivated
