    <General description>

    * This position is responsible for the targeted sales & profitability of our trucking / Land Transportation business.
    * To develop and execute business development strategies/plan to grow market share in our trucking / Land Transportation business.
    * To manage selected Key Account customers with the objective of retaining and growing the business.

    <Specific Accountability>

    * Responsible for all Sales & Business Development activities in the area of Trucking / Land Transportation for the company
    * Gather complete information from customer and hand to the operation to conduct the extensive analysis
    * Identify the business deal and formulate structure for win-win situation with customers
    * Lay out strategy & marketing plan for Automotive & Electronics industry verticals
    * Being a technical knowledge of truck and support other concern team in company
    * Achievement of target budget and growth of Trucking / Land Transportation business, especially with Automotive, Electronics or Industrial companies.
    * Work closely with Operations and/or Solution Design teams in the preparation of proposals or RFQ response package to customers and/or in project implementation
    * Other jobs as assigned by top management

  • Requirement

    * Bachelor’s Degree in, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
    * Minimum 3 years of working experience in Sales or Business Development
    * Having work experience or knowledge in Logistics Transportation and/or Automotive Market
    * Ability to work in dynamic situation and independent environment
    * Proven ability to negotiate and close deal is a plus
    * Responsible, initiative, proactive and able to coordinate people to work as a team
    * Good inter-personal and strong presentation skills
    * Key Account Management
    * English proficiency in speaking and writing
    * Own vehicle and driving license
    * Computer literacy
