    - Plan, develop and implement strategies for H.R. management and development
    - Control the payroll and ensure employees’ remuneration is in accordance with the company’s policy
    - Responsible for the effective and efficient management of the Legal Department, Provision of Legal Advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risk issues
    - Perform other employee relation activities

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male, Thai national, age between 37-47 (prefer over 40)
    - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or in related field
    - More than 10 years' experience in H.R.
    - (preferred) Experience in Labour Union
    - Others; good and strong human relation

  • English Level

    Level 5 - Beginner Level

  • Other Language

    English
