  • Job Description

    - Taking care both Thailand and Vietnam branches.
    - Monitor an effectiveness of implemented strategies and polices.
    - Provide the annual budget information related to employee relation, recruitment, manpower, wage, salary and total remuneration.
    - Improve internal HRM Process and people manual to achieve HR Functional Excellence
    - Primary lead to drive culture and Operational Excellent in the business unit.
    - Responsible for overall managing of performance management system
    - Manage communication efforts to educate employees on company values, code of conduct and appropriate working behaviours in the organization
    - Collaborates with line managers establishes in-house training programs that Address Company needs across functions.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male/Female, age 38-45 years old.
    - Good command in English (deal with overseas branch)
    - Excellence communication & inter-personal skills
    - Self-confidence and Mature
    - At least 10 years of professional experiences in directed field.
    - Experience in Employee Incentive calculation or verifying/setup commission.
