-Lead end-to-end Talent Management processes, ensuring effective execution of Talent Identification, Talent Review, and Succession Planning initiatives.-Support and facilitate the Individual Development Plan (IDP) process by providing guidance and recommendations to managers and employees on impactful development actions.-Coordinate and deliver Talent Development initiatives, including Leadership Programs, Coaching, and Mentoring, to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.-Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and assessment providers, including budget monitoring and required documentation.-Partner with Line Managers as a key point of contact for talent-related matters, internal mobility initiatives, and learning culture development.-Design and implement engagement and retention initiatives to support the development and retention of high-potential employees.-Prepare and analyze talent analytics and reports (dashboards and insights) to support management decision making.-Perform other HR-related responsibilities as assigned to support overall team objectives.
