【Job Responsibility】- Sales Team Management & Support - Support and monitor overall sales team activities and progress based on the direction of MD - Understand company and MD direction, communicate it clearly to Thai staff, and monitor and follow up on execution - Identify issues faced by Sales members, provide necessary guidance and support, and drive results as a team- Customer Sales Activities - Manage existing customer accounts, including needs assessment, product/service introduction, quotations, order acquisition, and project follow-up - Develop new customers through prospecting, relationship building, needs identification, product proposals, and new account setup - Act as the primary coordinator between customers and suppliers for initial issue response, delivery management, and other order-related support- Supplier Collaboration & Relationship Development - Strengthen collaboration with suppliers as their distributor and jointly promote sales activities such as customer visits, study sessions, product seminars, and exhibitions - Organize regular information-sharing meetings, identify sales expansion issues, and develop and execute countermeasures - Build and strengthen trusted supplier relationships through continuous communication and collaboration- Expected Responsibilities as a Future Manager Candidate - Understand the Japanese MD’s direction and instructions, communicate them clearly to Thai staff, and ensure execution - Develop and execute sales strategies and activity plans - Prepare, analyze, and report sales-related reports - Prepare and manage sales and gross profit budgets, monitor progress, and develop corrective actions - Manage Sales staff workload, attendance, and performance - Allocate customer accounts and oversee account management - Work closely with the Japanese MD to drive company operations, Sales organization reform, and continuous improvement - Prepare reports in English for submission to the Head Office in Japan
