- Identify new business opportunities, including fleet customers, logistics operators, factories, and industrial estates
- Manage and oversee sales managers and large sales teams, ensuring strong performance and alignment with company goals
- Develop and expand market presence through new customer acquisition and key account management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients by providing tailored solutions and after-sales support
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies and maintain competitive advantage
- Collaborate with service, parts, and operations teams to deliver total solutions (sales + service contracts + parts)
- Drive initiatives to increase brand awareness, customer loyalty, and market share
- Present sales performance, forecasts, and strategic plans to top management
- Participate in regional/global meetings with professional communication
- Mentor and develop sales teams, strengthening technical knowledge and sales capability
คุณสมบัติ
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of sales experience in industrial equipment, automotive, forklift, or related business
- 8+ years of management experience, including senior manager-level responsibility
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
