1. Export Sales Development
- Identify and develop new overseas customers in assigned markets (main responsibility).
- Expand export sales opportunities in Southeast Asian markets, particularly Malaysia and Vietnam.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing international customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide sales support.
3. Sales Planning & Quotation
- Prepare cost calculations and profit & loss analysis for product quotations.
- Develop competitive pricing proposals for overseas clients.
4. Sales Reporting
- Prepare and submit weekly sales activity reports in English to the Japan headquarters.
5. Export Coordination
- Act as a key contact point for export operations to Japan, including:
- Email correspondence with the Japan headquarters
- Sending and coordinating necessary export documentation
6. Business Travel
- Conduct regular overseas business trips, mainly to neighboring countries such as Malaysia and Vietnam, to support sales development and client relationships.
7. Other Duties
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the company as required.
คุณสมบัติ
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Business-level English communication skills (speaking and writing).
- Experience in sales roles is required.
- Experience in export sales or international sales is preferred.
- Basic understanding of export procedures and international trade documentation.
