    Job Description / Responsibilities:
    - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
    - Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
    - Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
    - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
    - Nurture a positive working environment
    - Manage the recruitment and selection process
    - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
    - Maintain pay plan ( Payroll ),benefits program, employee time attendance system, Take care PVF, AIA, SSO
    - Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
    - Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
    - Ensure legal compliance
    - Other Duties assign by Manager

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    <Must>
    - Male, female age 35-42
    - English level 3 up
    - More than 5-10 year exp as HR (must payroll, Compensation and benefits, visa and work permit)
    - Have management experience

    <Skillls>
    - Proven working experience as HR related filed
    - People oriented and results driven
    - Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
    - Knowledge of HR systems and databases
    - Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
    - Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
    - In-depth knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices
    - Excellent written and oral communication skill in both Thai and English is required
    - BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field
