    Develop HAVC Business in Thailand
    Main Targets: Control solutions for HVAC Original Equipment, Commercial, Evaporative Cooling & Commercial & Humidification

    - Identify, establish, and consolidate relationships with major OEMs, partners in the market
    - Engage with consulting engineers and end users with a goal to pull evaporate cooling business through specification
    - Define and execute local business strategy in cooperation with corporate vision and identify strategic actions and deploy it
    - Responsible for Managing Director of assigned accounts regarding sales result
    - Act as the contact point between customers and HQ business unit
    - Responsible for proposing new initiatives to expand the market share
    - Improve Carel Brand awareness, attend exhibitions, seminaries, and speeches
    - Cooperate with HQ Marketing team to define medium and long term strategies
    - Collaborate with sales and engineers to develop product definitions in response to customer needs and market opportunities

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 35-40
    - Own a car and a Driving License
    - (Advantage) Knowledge of HVAC
    - Strong background in sales or marketing in cooling system business
    - Good management skills
    - Able to open new accounts and committed to target achievement
