  【Core Responsibility】
  - Maximizes sales representative effectiveness of the product sales by determining and solving their training need and pre-sales activities need.
  - Based in Thailand but responsible for Sharp BS(Business Solution) subsidiaries in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Neighboring countries
  
  【Job Duties】
  - Prepare new sales representatives by conducting orientation to the SHARP sales process in cooperation with subsidiaries and dealers in his history
  - Determines training needs of Newbies and Regular salesmen via onsite survey and interviews; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers.
  - Contributes to the continuous development and implements SHARP Sales Training sessions as well as mentoring and coaching in-field when required
  - Improves training effectiveness and relevance by suggesting and adopting new approaches, upgrading sales tools and sales training technique
  - Updates job knowledge as a Sales Trainer by participating both internal and external sales training courses ; regular reading of industry related publications and continuous experimentation of new "engagement methodologies" with new sales man
  - accomplishes sales training and organization mission by completing related KPI's as defined by the regional office
