    ·Employees representative to negotiate with labor union requirement and to attend the meeting with labor union.
    ·Relationship with the labor union committee to talk or consult informally to reduce degree of serious situation

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Male or female, age 35-40 years old.
    Bachelor’s degree in Law or Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related field.
    If have labor union experience would be advantage.
    Good communication in English
    Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
