  • Job Description

    - Work with Senior Sales Manager to set up annual sales target in Ltr, sales margin, marketing activity plan, and marketing budget by Yearly / Quarterly / Monthly.
    - Work with sales team to set up sales plan and sales target by each sales representative to achieve total sales target.as well as new customers.
    - Monitor sales team to achieve sales target on Monthly / Quarterly basis. Tracking sales performance.
    - Monitor customer / market / competitor and working with Senior Sales Manager to adjust pricing / sales promotion to ensure company competitiveness & achieve target.
    - Build up relationship with customers in all channels
    - Work with Senior Sales Manager to coordinate with Production team with regarding to production plan & ensure delivery on time.
    - Support accounting department for Customer Credit management ensure sales representative to follow up customers bill payment.
    - Identify & Develop a Distribution Network within the country to achieve Company Growth objective.
    - Recruit, when necessary, new staff(s) for Sales team.
    - Visit new customers before open new account to prevent channel conflict.
    - Coordinate with QC/QA team for product control
    - Checking job description for Sales Team/ Checking Commission and incentive score for Sales Team
    - Approve for new customers approval form and purchasing order

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor Degree. Can communicate in Thai & English.
    - At least 5 years experience as a Sales Manager for lubricants, batteries, automotive parts or any related field (B2C customers).
    - Understanding Lubricants or Automotive Spare Parts in Retail Sales Business.
    - Can use computer fluently including Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.

    - Good attitude and growth mind set
    - Need leadership skill
    - Strong selling skill, presentation skill and negotiation skill
    - Be a team player and ability to build productive, collaborative relationships both internally and externally
