  • Job Description

    -Consistently deliver exceptional sales results plan to maximize the growth and profitability of the key account customer in area
    -Develop all relevant data to support the annual sales plan of the responsible customer
    -Promote the customer capability’s development and increase customers’ margin and loyalty to company
    -Develop Sales & marketing strategy that fit with Key account Omni channel environment to their customer
    -Transform offline customer to be E-retailer partner by co-working with related functions i.e. ECommerce, Marketing to ensure the designate approach is matched to each customer business’s
    characters and customer need
    -Lead to implement an action plans and execute the annual joint business plan with key account customer
    -Provide a tailored business process recommendation to maximize key customers’ profitability
    -Differentiate Royal Canin brand from competition through education to customers
    -Assures compliance of all policies, procedures and practices of the company
    -Implementation of promotional programs for all responsible customer
    -Resolution of customer complaints through direct/indirect action and collaboration with related functional teams


  • Requirement

    -Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related
    -Good skill in English (at least communicable level)
    -Basic computer office software
    -At least 5 year experience on sales , background of sales position
    -At least 2 year experience on key account management
    -Experience on petfood / FMCG business is an advantage
    -Preferably (priority given to those) with experience in Petfood industry
    -Familiar of each operation model
    -Excellent planning, organizing and prioritizing skills
    -Ability to implement, and ensure compliance with, company policies & procedures
