    Leader of Automotive Sales Team. Responsible for planning, development and implementation of Automotive Sales Strategy. Driven for achieve Automotive goal and direction by leading, coaching, supporting Automotive sales team. Focuses Account Management in term for strategic thing and optimizes PDCA cycle.
    Sales Management
    • Create and implement Action Plan follows Department annual direction for Automotive Section
    • Planning and Organizing Automotive Team action plan and resource
    • Automotive Individual staff KPI setting to achieve Goal
    • Lead account planning and account management for Automotive Team
    • Leading and controlling in GIS implementation
    • Manage account plan PDCA cycle & efficiency
    • Manages to achieve Automotive yearly goal and Sales forecast
    Price Management
    • Manage product price management policy to balance the customer growth and the company profit in order to ensure overall profitable growth.
    Stock Management
    • Involved in inventory analysis with Supply Chain Management Department, conduct sales projections and fine tune stocks to minimize the inventory cost.
    Account Receivable Control (AR Control)
    • Monitor accounts receivable, potential risk, credit line, identify potential and risk issues and formulate the corresponding measure to minimize AR issue.
    People Management
    • Manages and drive Automotive Sales members to achieve account sales goal and sales forecast.
    • Coaching & developing account sales section manager capability.
    Standardized and Others
    • Support the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental, Occupational, Health and Safety Management System (EMS & OSH) by conforming to established documented procedures and standards in area of responsibility.
    • Supports company programs by participating in quality, CSR and productivity programs and employee relations activities
    • Helps maintain a clean and safe work environment by:
    (a) Keeping work are clean and orderly at all times
    (b) Supporting the company’s waste segregation program and document destruction program
    (c) Complying with company rules and regulations, health and safety policies and including personal protective equipment in customer workplace.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in Electric or Electronics.
    - At least 12-years’ experience in Automation Sales function
    - Good in English in term of writing, reading and speaking, computer literate
    - Team Management
    - Able to driving and have own car
    - Able to work up-country
