  • Job Description

    - Managing the process to assist the foreigners in obtaining a work permit and dependent visa and other services related to immigration aspects; namely Re-entry permit, 90 days report, visa cancellation, visa transfer, revision of address in the work permit,…etc.
    - Communicate with the foreign assignees /local HR/ Global Partner in both verbal and written English.
    - Data entry and invoice by using Santa Fe RA system

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s Degree of B.A. with any related fields, major English is preferable
    - Very good both verbal & written English with accurate grammar, spelling and syntax
    - Working experience across different immigration categories, e.g. Non-BOI and BOI, IEAT is a plus
    - Ability to operate PC, MS Office, Excel, Microsoft Outlook email, internet, etc.
    - Good attitude, interpersonal skills, and team player
    - Highly effective in multi-task and works well with multiple deadlines.
    - Detail-Oriented, accountable, customer services oriented, optimistic, enthusiastic with an active personality, and able to work under pressure
