  • Job Description

    • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for execution of projects.
    • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
    • Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
    • Measure project performance.
    • Manage the relationship with business partners and all stakeholders.
    • Evaluate effectiveness of partnerships and identify room for improvement by analyzing complexities of stakeholder relationships; Consolidate information, prepare presentation of data patterns for target client
    • Ability to propose improvement strategies to address the customer needs based on understanding of segment, market, and industry; Identify underlying customer needs and patterns before customer raise the question or request
    • Plan and prepare for negotiation in accordance with negotiation strategies, also for alternative outcomes for both parties; Implement negotiation strategies according to negotiation guidelines during negotiation process
    • Awareness of new technologies and ICT products & services in the market; Conduct market scanning and research for emerging technology under development within industry sector
    • Ability to monitor data such as sales contribution margins, consumer demand, product performances; Keep up to date with trends such as buyer patterns and competitors' offerings through tracking pricing levels and tactics employed by competitors

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • 3+ years’ experience in B2B (having technology/ Tech/ Software solution B2B sales experience is a must)
    • Proven experiences in Strategic Planning, Consultant, Marketing Communication, strong knowledge of various business industries, trading, manufacturing, retail, etc.
    • Knowledge of related technology such as Microsoft power platform, 365,
    • Excellent consultative selling skills and experiences would be a strong advantage.
    • Negotiation skills, pleasant personality, service mind, good communication skills, ability to work with minor supervision, flexible, responsible, and self-disciplined.
    • Very strong presentation skills.
    • Available to travel in upcountry
