- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Improving relations between staff and employers.
- Manage the design and implementation of structures that improve individual and organizational performance.
- Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning.
- Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
- Bachelors degree in Human resources or business related field
- Having at least 3-5years of experience in both talent acquisition and HR Business Partner
- Proficiency with employee relations and knowledge in labor law
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese (HSK5)
