  - Handle existing and new customer for TH & VN
  - Manage Sales Plan, Budget and expand market effectively
  - Full responsibility and accountability for sales management in the assigned area. Sales leadership role. Involved in direct or channel management with the aim to increase sales and market share in Asia Pacific region for all range of PCB Inspection System products.
  - Sales function responsibility for full range of products
  - To meet the sales budget set and to grow the business from Sales Revenue and Share of Market perspective
  - Lead/manage all issues pertaining to sales (both pre / post sales) such as customer proposals, presentation, demo/eval, documentation, installation, support and etc
  - Lead the Channel management for issues pertaining to pre/post sales and agreement / price scheme / commission
  - Key member for Automated X-Ray Inspection business with the aim to increase penetration rate, sales revenue and market share
  - To increase sales penetration in non-Japanese segment
  - Responsible for the assigned area's budgeting and Short-Term Plan
  - Automated X-Ray Inspection sales penetration in Automotive / 5G segments targeting mega Contract Manufacturers
  - Monthly Report, Annual Budgeting, Quarterly Forecast and Mid-Term Plan formulation and submission
