Job Description
- To establish and enhance service team/ network and facilities to deliver the best after sales service
- To establish and enhance service team/ network and Manage and analysis to support all Service Center & Customer Service information to achieve with the policy and goals
- Conclude all trouble or problem issues while team working and report to supervisors
- Coordinate with all functions also special project as assignment
- Lead to coordinate between company, customers, and dealers to drive after sales service operations efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Thai Nationality, Male/Female, Age 35-38 years old
- Bachelor or Master degree in related field
- In depth experience and knowledge in After sales, Technical Service operation in CS
- 3 Years’ experience as managerial level or supervisor
- Good English communication TOEIC score 550
- Strong performance in data analysis, planning, target & team management
- Some good background of project development / implement, and evaluation is advantage
- Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Can drive and work in upcountry sometimesEnglish Level
