Job Description (Duties and Responsibilities)
Oversee product development operations.
Facilitate the decision making process that leads to on-time product confirmation and sample delivery by consistently reviewing and evaluating project status with the Product Creation team.
Acts as liaison between Development, Material Sourcing, Production, Customer Service, Sales and Distribution to ensure smooth product development, costing and customer satisfaction.
Manage and lead a cross-cultural team, create and implement effective development and commercialization processes.
Works with the Material Dept. to identify and select quality materials, components necessary to complete designated projects.
Establishes and coaches team adherence to development calendar and timelines. Ensures that there is full understanding of the development process throughout the team and across the other key areas and departments.
Researches and develops a focus for advanced concept projects as needed.
Responsible for product management including product development, portfolio information, pricing structure and staff management. Also responsible for launch the new products in timely & effective manner.
Works with Team to negotiate appropriate costs involved with development and finished product.
Communication with factories and other personnel – inside and outside the company – on a daily and weekly basis to monitor projects and assure constant progress is made.
Achieves corporate target margins for all applicable categories while providing customer and consumer value.

Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in products management
Have experience in shoes or apparel industries.
Strong command of English, both written and oral.
Excellent communication skills
Strategic thinking, creative and initiative.
Have a leadership, be proactive, self-confidence with good problem solving and decision making.
Be able to work independently with result-oriented.English Level
Level 2 - Advanced Level
