  • Job Description

    - Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data
    - Influence present and future courses by determining and evaluating current and future market trends
    - Develop marketing strategy and marketing campaigns in order to achieve the school sales targets
    - Generate sufficient amount of quality leads for the sales team
    - Create effective marketing and marketing communication campaigns
    - Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
    -Strengthen the brand image as the number one brand in the market with excellent services, school premise, and student achievement
    - Gather and analyze marketing and sales data from the school database system: SAGE
    - Analyze market trends and recommend changes to market and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
    - Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share
    - Investigate the current products in order to improve and expand product solutions and offerings
    - Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff
    - Plan marketing and branding campaigns to achieve school mission and sales target
    - Prepare and adhere to budgets
    - Develop and launch all PR release, advertisements, and other marketing materials
    - Ensure brand messages and characteristics are consistent
    - Generate a sufficient number of quality leads through key channels i.e. advertising, PR, online activity, events, etc.
    - Evaluate and suggest more effective ways to generate quality leads with a reasonable budget (cost per lead & cost per contract)
    - Relationship Management
    - Engage with students and parents thought in-school activities and events
    - Engage consumers on social media
    - Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.
    - Deepen relationships with all media and prospective schools to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female Age 30-40 years
    - Bachelors degree or higher in marketing, business administration or a related field or the equivalent in training and experience.
    - Minimum 5 years plus in marketing and/or marketing communications
    - Minimum 2 years plus in business management experience, ideally with premium B2C service and education sector
    - Excellent in writing skills both Thai and English
    - Excellent in data analysis, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
    - Excellent in developing and launching marketing campaigns both online and offline
    - Can work on weekends and take day-offs on weekdays
    - Ability to develop and deliver presentations to management level audience.
    - Good leadership and general business management skills.
    - Strong analytical and interpersonal skill.
    - “Can do” attitude with detailed and result oriented
