    - Manage schedule of products shipment
    - Handle correspondence with clients by using e-mail
    - Calculate client's orders and make estimate
    - Maintain good relationship with clients, including overseas
    - Prepare documents such as purchasing order sheets, Import & Export, and daily-weekly-monthly reports to Manager
    - Maintain relationship with stakeholder companies (Thai, Singapore, China, and Japan)
    - (Advantage) Accounting Information typing on EXPRESS system

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Female, Thai national, age between 24-33
    - JLPT N3 or higher
    - Business English communication skills (writing and reading)
    - Communicative English (speaking)
    - Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel (needed calculation)
    - Soft skills; logical thinking, good character, and strong motivation
