  - Propose the action plan for sales control (increase/decrease/recovery)
  - Execute the action plan
  - Control the delivery operation
  - Receive and distribute Forecast to related sections
  - Analyze the trend of the Forecast from each Customer
  - Monitoring the inventory
  - Propose the action plan for N.A.S.,S.M.S
  - Execute the section's action plan
  - Check the customers' creditability
  - Collect the payment
  Price & Cost comparison:
  - Make each customer's comparison between the price and cost
  - Make the proposal of improvement action plan for each customer
