    - Develop good working relationship with key customers to enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention.
    - Provide services to the clients through face to face visits, accounts review and reporting, product forums and other activities that may be deemed necessary

    - Develop, execute and refine customer experience strategy for the team to ensure it can meet the business’ objectives of revenue growth, client acquisition & customer satisfaction
    - Drive the overall strategy and approach to manage the relationship with our key account customers
    - Manage escalated client situations in order to preserve the long term relationship
    - Develop and maintain mechanisms for clients and sales related feedback to key support functions such as Product and Trade Marketing

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Male or Female / Thai Nationality.
    - Aged between 28 and 45,
    - Bachelor's Degree or higher
    - Good command in English, and excellent in negotiation skills.
    - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales
    - Building and maintaining customer relations through regular communication and face-to-face meetings.
    - Strong negotiation and problem solving skills are required.
    - Strong presentation skills are preferred.
    - Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, etc.
    - Preparing and negotiating rate quotations.
    - Responding to clients in a timely and professional manner.
    - Ability to work under pressure
