  Job Summary:
  We are seeking an experienced and strategic Purchasing Manager to oversee and optimize our purchasing, procurement, and supply chain operations. In this role, you will lead local and overseas sourcing initiatives, drive cost-reduction strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure continuous material availability for our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, expertise in raw material cost control, and a background in the manufacturing or automotive sector.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Strategic Procurement & Sourcing: Formulate and execute procurement strategies, including supplier sourcing, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and local/overseas localization efforts.
  - Supplier & Performance Management: Evaluate vendor capability, manage contract performance, develop supplier capabilities, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  - Cost Control & Analysis: Conduct cost structure analysis, lead raw material cost-control initiatives, and implement cost-reduction projects across supply networks.
  - Import/Export & Supply Chain Operations: Oversee logistics, import-export compliance, and inventory management to ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain execution.
  - Team Leadership & System Management: Lead and mentor the purchasing team, optimize purchasing workflows, and drive functional excellence using SAP.
