  【Job Summary】
  We are looking for an experienced OHS Manager to lead occupational health, safety, and environmental activities for a multinational organization.
  The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of safety management systems.
  
  - Develop and implement the company’s safety policies, programs, and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements.
  - Lead risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to proactively identify hazards and ensure compliance.
  - Oversee incident and accident investigations, analyze root causes, and lead corrective action plans.
  - Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and external auditors during inspections and certification audits (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
  - Oversee training programs and safety awareness campaigns for employees.
  - Maintain relationships with the community, environmental groups, and other stakeholders impacted by the environmental performance.
  - Mentor and supervise safety team members, and support daily activities and professional development.
