[Job Summary]As Chief ISO Officer, you will lead the planning, implementation, and auditing of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems. You will also supervise quality assurance for construction projects, with the aim of achieving zero-defect handovers. You will establish and maintain management system documentation to ensure compliance with international standards, and plan and monitor quality control for construction projects. Your role will include planning and conducting internal audits, coordinating with external certification bodies, and overseeing corrective and preventive actions. 【Responsibilities】- Oversee Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) activities and ensure compliance with applicable laws, customer requirements, and corporate policies.- Manage ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and RBA management systems, including certification maintenance and internal/external audits.- Lead EHS risk assessments, incident investigations, emergency preparedness, and occupational health and safety programs.- Develop and implement environmental initiatives to reduce energy consumption, CO₂ emissions, water usage, and industrial waste.- Establish EHS policies, procedures, objectives, training plans, and departmental budgets.- Monitor EHS performance, prepare reports for management, and drive continuous improvement.- Oversee facility security management, including CCTV, C-TPAT, and TISAX-related requirements.- Supervise plant maintenance and facility management activities, including utilities, wastewater treatment, fire protection, and factory infrastructure.- Monitor facility operations and provide management direction to the Assistant Department Manager and Section Manager responsible for day-to-day activities.- Coordinate with internal departments, corporate representatives, auditors, customers, and relevant government authorities.- Support business continuity planning and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
