【Responsibilities】
- Recruitment / Interviews: Responsible for recruiting and interviewing mainly factory workers in the production department and staff in indirect departments.
- Hiring / Onboarding: Preparation of employment contracts and related documents, lockers, uniforms, employee ID cards, attendance scanning setup, and conducting orientation for new employees.
- Training Records: Preparation and management of OJT training records during the probation period.
- Attendance Calculation: Checking employee attendance, overtime, and entering data into the system.
- Employee Welfare: Organizing welfare committee meetings and managing condolence and congratulatory payments.
- Training Planning: Preparing training plans and conducting follow-ups.

- Have bachelors' degree in any fields
- At least 3 years of experience as HR
- Experience using general office software such as Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with attendance and payroll management systems
