    • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including personnel records management.
    • Support daily HR operations: attendance, payroll coordination, benefits, performance reviews, and employee engagement.
    • Ensure labor law compliance in Thailand, handle contracts, employee relations, and dispute resolution.
    • Administer payroll, social security, and benefits accurately and on time.
    • Handle visa, work permit, and BOI coordination for expatriates (if applicable).
    • Maintain and analyze HR data and reports to support workforce planning.
    • Organize training, onboarding, and team-building activities to strengthen company culture.
    • Provide general administration support, including warehouse coordination and support for Chinese employees, and perform other assigned duties.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    【Must】
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Thai Language, or related fields.
    • 2–3 years HR experience for Officer level (manufacturing or multinational background preferred).
    • Fluent Thai and proficient English; Chinese is a plus.
    • Strong knowledge of Thailand labor law, social security, and HR compliance.
    • Skilled in MS Office and HR systems (HRIS, time attendance).
    • Hands-on experience across recruitment, C&B, employee relations, and training.
    • Experience with BOI visas/work permits and employee engagement or corporate culture activities is an advantage e.g. corporate culture in multinational enterprises or local Thai companies.
