คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in real estate business will be advantage.
- Good English communication skills are an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Able to analyze customer needs and present products/services appropriately.
- Proficient in basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office.
