  - Obtaining department's or section's policy and communicate to the subordinate for acknowledgement
  - Prepare for detailed business plan of the responsible work group in complying with business plan and objectives of the department or section
  - Monitor and control daily operation of the team to accomplish the assignment successfully
  - Report daily/weekly planned performance to the superior for his/her acknowledgement
  - Coordinating with related parties to solve the problems of responsible tasks
  - Make decision within the scope of responsibilities specified in Authorization Structure
  - Preparation of summarized performance report and submit to the superior as well as participating in the meeting to present work performance to the company's executives
  - Visit, Contact with potential new customer and receiving customer inquiry
  - Introduce and suggest the properly service to customer
  - Review inquiry and cost checking

  - Sale development new customer and exiting customer , call on existing or potential customer
  - Prepare sales material and marketing material for analysing and report
  - Mentor/train the staffs in accordance with the group's training matrix
  - Presenting guidelines and topics for personnel development to the superior.
  - Giving support, encouragement and motivation for work performing
  - Making sure that all performances are complying with the company's rules and regulations
  - Participating in the investigation of accident and incident occurred in responsible work group as well as preparation of report to the superior
