  - Work closely with GPO team in China and Purchasing teams in each brand to align the global purchasing strategy, identify low-cost country sourcing opportunities, set up cost saving project pipeline and lead to realize the saving for Ali brands
  - Proactively explore the new supplier data base, supplier evaluation, supplier audit and performance follow up per company standards
  - Manage the sourcing activities and projects using the standard certification, evaluation risk, strategic supplier, Sourcing Enterprise processes and NPI processes to ensure all supply chain values are met.
  - Comply with Welbilt standard purchasing process to ensure obtain best TCO (Total Cost of Ownership). Communicate with OCs on all Asia based projects progress to resolve issues and barriers and accelerate the process.
  - Take ownership of the supplier relationships for the assigned supply base and actively manage the related projects. Recommend sourcing activities to support the commodity strategy. Liaison with suppliers to provide low-cost sourcing parts and components.
  - Coordinate agreements at the regional level by leading contract negotiations and establishing General Terms of Contracts for relevant projects.
  - Build up relevant procedures and communicate with stakeholders for implementation from opportunity identification through successful project handover. Coordinate synergies across the GPO team in China
  - Organize supplier panel for the relevant suppliers sourced in APAC to drive continuous improvement
  - Provide monthly report to the leadership team for review. Participate in related Budget and Re-establish process when necessary.
  - Participate in global meetings and conference calls, coordinate global or regional supply Chain programs.
