- Contacting potential clients who have enquired about insurance programs through our websites promptly.
- Discuss customers' requirements for medical insurance (budget, pre-existing conditions, level of cover, geographical area of cover, etc.) on the phone and/or in person through basic fact-finding.
- Preparing clear and effective written proposals/quotations for prospective customers.
- Promoting and selling insurance plans to prospective customers, always representing their best interests and providing unbiased advice.
- Assisting prospective customers throughout the sale process and during the first year of the policy with queries, administration, and paperwork.
- Constantly building and maintaining understanding and knowledge of insurance company's products and services, being able to identify & compare the advantages, pitfalls, and selling points.
- Executing an efficient follow-up system (via phone or email) with potential customers to ensure maximum response and utilization of inquiries and leads, ultimately aiming for the highest conversion possible.
- Holding strong knowledge of internal tools (Outlook, Yellow Sheets, CRM, MO, etc.), following their associated procedures, and efficiently utilizing them to achieve the best results.
- Coordinating with the administration team for the processing of applications and paperwork from when the application is received up until completion of payment.
- Coordinating with the claims team/renewals/corporate team when needed, expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Supplying management with oral and written reports when required.

- Fluent communication skills in German
- A sales-driven personality
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Experience in a sales or customer-facing role, even if it's in a different industry.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales goals.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about insurance products and services.
- Strong organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and paperwork efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with other departments like administration and claims as needed.
