  • Plan, develop, and execute a specification sales plan with a strategic approach aligned with the Sales & Marketing business plan and direction.
  • Identify, engage, and convince medium- high-level stakeholders in M&E and Sanitary design and construction systems to ensure the company’s product line is recognized and specified in building standards and vendor lists.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with medium to high-level stakeholders including Project Owner, Designer, and Contractor, and be able to provide value-based consultation on both technical and commercial values to drive new business growth.
  • Identify sales opportunities, manage and coordinate with cross-functional sales team both dealer and project sales for a smooth transition of pre-sales and post-sales process to achieve sales targets.
  • Take care of key contractors and drive sales volume and profitability of each key account for new products and services.
  • Participate and support marketing events, product demonstrations, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the brand and gain sales opportunity
