    - Choose and evaluate agencies for efficient advertising and sales promotions, following marketing strategy guidelines.
    - Manage consumer concerns through marketing channels, building brand loyalty and expanding the customer base.
    - Measure the impact of marketing activities on brand image, consumer behavior, and operational improvement.
    - Work closely with sales to develop distribution channels and effective sales promotion plans to meet sales targets.

    - 3-5 Years experience Brand management in FMCG Business, with leadership exposure.
    - Ability to develop aligned marketing strategies.
    - Strong presentation and team collaboration skills.
    - Passion for branding, creativity, adaptability, attention to detail.
    - Proficient in spoken and written English.
