    【Job Summary】
    1. Handle customer inquiries, Orders, Forecast in sales system including follow up to delivery just in time.
    2. Preparing Invoice, Delivery note, Tally sheet, Shipment instruction and all supporting documents.
    3. Handle sales & payment process and related documents (Invoice, tax invoice, delivery note, credit note, debit note, etc.)
    4. Able to manage order and delivery process to meet customer requirement. (Handle complaints and emergency delivery)
    5. Assist and coordinate with relevant parties to support customers' requirement (Planning Materials Control, Warehouse, Production, QA, Accounting etc.)
    6. Regular updates of business data reports ie. Daily sale update, monthly summary sales and forecast analysis or any reports as required.
    7. Contact customers and follow up to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints, issues.
    8. Other tasks as assigned to assist in daily administration task of Sales & Marketing department.

    【Must】
    1. Male or Female, Age not over 28 years old.
    2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or related fields.
    3. Minimum 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing role from Automotive industry or related fields.
    4. Good skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    5. Must be able to translate Chinese-Thai and communicate in basic English.
    6. Able to drive with a license.
    7. Ability to work under pressure handling multiple assignments and cross-functional simultaneously.
    8. Must be good negotiate, excellent interpersonal, communication skill, coordinate with customer and able to support all works in Administrative section.
