• Job Description

  - Responsible for expansion of customer base, i.e. new customers
  - Ensure profitability of all contracts in accordance with policies
  - Increase growth with existing customers, ie. increasing revenue per customer by systematically identifying potential for cross-selling
  - Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
  - Ensure financial and credit control targets are achieved
  - Ensure quality of service offering to customers
  - Monitor and manage customer satisfaction e.g. customer complaints, customer relationship, etc.
  - Coordinate with training, mobile services, site logistics, and quality assurance if issues arise
  - Manage and maintain professionalism for all services
  - Manage the renewals of contract
  - Maintain the integrity and ethical standards of work
  - Monitor the sales performance through sales force application
  - Oversee the sales strategy and plan
  - Manage the sales target and expectations (overachieve/underachieve)
  - Ensure all sales are being done; maintaining ethical standards together with Sales and Marketing Manager/Officer and conducting sales forecast, plan and prioritise sales activities
  - Use customer and prospect contact activities, tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems
  - Plan and support marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate sales efforts with other organized marketing
  - Evaluate the value proposition of new products or services to clients
  - Support effective use of Salesforce software
  - Conduct budgeting and cost control for all department resources
  - Ensure professional growth for sales and account management team
  - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the company
  - Develop the department code of conduct and awareness/behaviour
  - Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods
  - Ensure targets in all regions are met in terms of revenue, PBT, debtor days, customer and employee engagement
  - Plan and manage business portfolio/territory/business according to agreed market development strategy
  - Manage product & service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims and overall strategy
  - Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development
  - Manage and develop direct reporting staff
  - Identify risks to the business, e.g. risks to brand damage and ensuring that mitigation actions are taken
  - Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets
  - Increase awareness of operations team in quality assurance and service innovation
  - Performs other duties as directed by Country Manager
