Job Description
1. **Management of recruitment process:** - Creation and posting of job advertisements and screening of applicants. - Scheduling and conducting interviews and selecting qualified candidates. - Negotiating employment conditions and managing onboarding procedures.2. **Human resources data management:** - Records employee information and employment conditions and manages databases. - Update information on payroll and benefits management.3. **Employee Relations Management:** - Respond to employee inquiries and consultations. - Support processes related to performance evaluation, promotion, and salary reviews. - Coordinating and managing employee training and education programs.4. **Compliance with laws and regulations:** - Guidance and support to comply with laws and regulations such as labor laws, employment regulations, and health and safety laws. - Provision of information regarding employees' rights and obligations under laws and regulations.5. **Promoting organizational culture:(HIS philosophy, policy etc.)** - Dissemination and reinforcement of organizational culture and values. - Promoting team building and employee satisfaction initiatives.6. **Other business support:** - Collaborate with other members of the Human Resources department to implement the organization's human resources projects and initiatives. - Recommendations for improvements to personnel policies and procedures.
