Job Description
-Provide and lead for incident management process
-Handle on the entire incident management process
-Track incidents and escalate to others from service desk
-Prepare an incident report for management
-Ensure efficient flow of incidents through service desk (Tier1/ Tier2)
-Coordinate activities between multiple support groups to ensure adherence to extant service level agreements where other groups are needed to resolve a single service desk incident
-Communicate and coordinate IT-related issues and activities between IT services and business end-users
Qualifications
Requirement
*Male
*Age 27-35 years old
*Bachelor’s or Higher degree in Computer Science or IT related fields
*5-7 years experiences of incident/problem management (automotive environment will be an advantage)
*High level of IT literacy – MS Office (word, excel, power point)
*Good English skill
*can work shift, work at customer's Factory at bangna-trad KM 22
Day Shift 8.00AM - 17.00 PM
Night Shift 20.00PM - 05.00 AM
Change shift 2 week 1 time
