  • Job Description

    *Implementation on Customer network.
    *Communicate and coordinate with Project Manager and Engineer Team.
    *Support team with basic technical knowledge in IT: Network (Cisco or any other brand) LAN/WAN, Internet and Network security etc.
    *Troubleshoot every case and check the opportunity to restore the service or give workaround in order to meet the customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    *Male/Female
    *Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, MIS or related fields.
    *Age 24 – 30 years old.
    *Have experiences in network engineer 2 – 5 years.
    *Basic skill of Cisco IOS routing and switching platforms, including Cisco L2/L3 switches and routers
    *Basic routing protocols, IT security standards protocols.
    *Having skill in Implementation support function, LAN/WAN Technology, Network Equipment, TCP/IP, IP Telephony.
    *Having skill in Design Solution in Network fields.
    *Cisco Certificate is preferable (CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP)
    *Good command in English.
