Job Description
-Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Project Manager and construction site team.-Prepare and maintain project documents, reports, correspondence, and filing systems.-Coordinate with Head Office, clients, contractors, subcontractors, and related departments.-Arrange meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on required actions.-Handle general site administration and other tasks assigned by management.
