  • Job Description

    - Prepare and issue quotations to customers.
    - Receive and process purchase orders (POs) from customers and coordinate with suppliers.
    - Manage and arrange delivery schedules to ensure timely shipments.
    - Coordinate and communicate with customers and suppliers on sales-related matters.
    - Visit customers or suppliers as required to support business operations.
    - Translate and interpret between Thai and Japanese for company management and customers.
    - Provide general support for sales and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Japanese Language, or related fields.
    - JLPT Level N2 or above.
    - English communication skills at conversational level.
    - Experience in sales support, sales, or business roles within a trading company.
    - Experience in the metal business will be a strong advantage.
    - Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
    - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
