    - Develop and implement a standard process for human resources and succession planning.
    - Drive the organization's human resources and succession planning
    - Set up personnel testing and evaluation tools.
    - Develop and operationalize talent and succession planning.
    - Implement career development programs, and annual learning roadmaps, and develop online and offline content and toolkits.
    - Set guidelines for managing career paths, including career frameworks, rotations, and promotions.
    - Create linkages to other business systems and operational status reports.
    - Support management in the development and implementation of individual development plans.
    - Manage and implement development programs as planned.
    - Develop and implement leadership development programs that enhance the skills and competencies of managers and leaders.
    - Other duties as directed.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Male/Female 30 - 35 years old
    ‐ Bachelor's degree
    - Min 5 years of experience in succession plan/ talent project at HR field
    - Basic computer skills (Excel、Word)
    - Good command of English (Business Lv Up)

    【Advantage】
    - Experience working for a Japanese company
    - Experience of talent development and succession planning
    - Experience or knowledge in Leadership development & Organization development
