    - Perform a succession plan and career development.

    - Analyze training needs and propose appropriate training requirements. (Build and develop training project )
    - Support activities for in-house and outside training.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Age 26-30 years old
    - Bachelor's degree in HRM or related fields.
    - At least 5 years experiences of HRD, Talent and Succession plan, career development plan.
    - Strong communication and good coordinate.
    - Good computer skill and English skill.
    - Service mind and positive thinking.
