Job description:Job description:• Establish target portfolio with team leader or Country Head of Sales• Engage the target accounts, making face-to-face sales call appointments whenever possible,meeting virtually otherwise• Present Leschaco company overview, products and service information, our USP’s and ValuePropositions• Actively participates in sales campaigns• Identify specific customer needs and requirements• Complete the customer registration process from start to finish• Complete the credit application / approval process• Provide commercial support during business implementations and trials for all products• Ensure regular, timely, and complete updates into Salesforce.• Follow up on the expiration and update of tariffs / pricing sheets.• Assist with customer approved vendor documentation• Introduce Leschaco management to applicable customers, making face-to-face sales callswhenever possible• Provides service requirements based on direct customer feedback to assist in vendor qualificationand selection• Provides commercial feedback for pricing / rate negotiation with vendors• Sales Process steps: Opportunity – Identifying, Qualifying, Quoting, Negotiating, Closing;Implementation – New Customer Onboarding, Integration, Go-Live•ACCOUNTABLE FOR• Commercial Volumes• Revenue / different contribution levels• Account profitability• Product Development (based on customer feedback & strategy)• Customer Engagement & Development• Sales Quality StandardsKey metrics• Customer Development• Customer Engagements / NPS• Sales Quality Standards adherence• Win- and conversión-ratioInternal Stakeholder• Sales Controlling• Procurement• Country Head of Sales• Vertical Market Leaders• Local Product Managers
