• Job Description

  a. Primarily responsible for developing relationships with main contractors, mechanical contractors and roofing contractor to bid and win projects.
  b. Responsible for directly promoting Thermobreak insulation to building owners to win projects.
  c. Establishing effective distribution channels through distributors and dealers in the responsible sales area.
  d. Coordinating with distributors and dealers and ensure smooth deliveries of the products to contactors and building owners.
  e. Identify target new customers and projects and create business development strategy. And establish and execute marketing strategies to growth of Thermobreak insulation business in the responsible sales area.
  f. Market analysis including competitors, pricing levels, supply and distribution channels and product positioning.
  g. Conduct technical seminars, organize and participate in product training with owners and contractors
  h. Individual project tracking and follow up in coordination with distributors and agents.
