Key responsibilities & duties
• Provide leadership, direction and management to the accounting and finance department
• Manage the process of financial forecasting, budgets, and all related financial task
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports and associated processes
• Review all formal finance, HR, and IT related procedures
• Advice on investments and overlook the financial aspects
Work experience and skills
• Proven work experience as a CFO, Senior working in a financial leadership role
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Leadership skills with the ability to delegate, motivate and inspire team members
• Honesty and integrity
• Strong written and verbal communication skill
• Ability to manage time effectivelyEnglish Level
