  • Job Description

    • Lead Trade Marketing Brand & Channel team in Modern Trade and all Channel to develop Trade Marketing strategies & execution plan and ensure alignment marketing strategies, Channel strategies with customized plan in order to achieve the key KPI success
    • Develop trade marketing strategies in term of channel strategies, merchandising, planogram, promotion and pricing in modern trade channel.
    • Support sales team in order to develop trade marketing year plan which aligns with brand strategy in order to achieve sales target.
    • Co-ordinate with other team including Marketing, Sales, Sales Support, Production and other functions in term of marketing activities, new product launch, promotion alignment, etc.
    • Support Sales team in terms of providing feedback and recommendation in order to strengthen brand position in category and improve brand strategy.
    • Provide trade marketing budget and manage budget spending as planned.
    • Support trade marketing team development by providing advice and coaching team members
    • Lead & monitor operating plan and all activities process that effectively and efficiently align with other function.
    • Ensure all category plan/promotion plan/ activation plan to be deployed and ensure each account plan aligned with Total Activity grid with internal and external customers.
    • Lead & Analyze market data & Translate shopper and customer research to understand and define insight for developing Trade Marketing strategies
    • Lead in promotion & activity analysis [demand planning, competition, cost) to ensure effectiveness of promotion, and share key finding with cross functional to ensure on-planned KPI success
    • Control Trade Marketing, Advertising & Promotion budget effectively to drive strong business results.
    • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree or Master degree in Marketing, Statistics or any related fields
    • Having at least 7 years' experience in Trade Marketing in leading FMCG companies or product marketing experience in luxury goods, fashion, beauty gained from MNC is preferable.
    • Having a sense of Marketing Branding.
    • Proactive, strategic thinking, detail-oriented, and able to work in fast-paced working environment
    • Able to work within a result driven team and display an entrepreneurial, "Can do" attitude
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills,
    • Good team player
    • Experience in Visual Merchandising, Art Work. etc.
    • Having a good knowledge in Shopper Insight.
    • Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods
    • An analytical mind with strategic ability
    • Strong logical thinking
    • Good communication and people skills
    • Good command of Thai and English
